  • Ideal booking window is 4–6 months before travel
  • Trips departing in less than 12 weeks are not accepted
  • Full-trip planning only, no partial days

  • Immigration or relocation guidance
  • Ongoing open-ended support beyond agreed scope

I intentionally take on a limited number of custom clients so each trip receives my full attention and strategic focus.
